Email & Identity Protection

Most attacks don’t break in — they log in. A convincing phishing email or a password leaked in someone else’s data breach is all an attacker needs. We close that door three ways: catching phishing before it reaches your team, making a stolen password far harder to use on its own, and telling you when your staff credentials turn up on the dark web.

A stolen password alone should never be enough to get in.

What you get

Three layers between attackers and your accounts.

Email & phishing defence

Every message is inspected for phishing, malicious links and impersonation — including lookalike domains and emails pretending to be your managing director or a regular supplier. Clear warning banners inside suspicious emails help staff make the right call.

Multi-factor authentication

A quick second check, usually a one-tap approval on the user’s phone, protects email, VPN, cloud apps and Windows logins. Device health checks can block sign-ins from out-of-date or untrusted devices.

Dark web monitoring

We continuously search criminal marketplaces and breach dumps for your company’s email addresses and passwords, and alert you so they can be changed before they’re used against you.

How it works

Protected in days, not months.

01

Scan

We start with a free one-time dark web scan of your domain and a review of how your email and logins are protected today.

02

Protect email

Email defence is connected to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — no change to how your team sends or receives mail.

03

Add MFA

We roll out multi-factor authentication app by app, enrolling staff and helping anyone who gets stuck.

04

Monitor

Dark web alerts, blocked phishing and sign-in activity are watched by our team, with clear reporting for management.

Why it matters

Phishing and stolen passwords open most doors.

Business email compromise and payment fraud usually start the same way: a believable email, a fake login page, and a password that works. Once inside a mailbox, attackers quietly watch invoices and redirect payments.

AI tools now let criminals write flawless, personalised phishing in seconds, so “look for spelling mistakes” is no longer enough advice.

Better together

Each layer covers the others’ gaps.

Email defence stops most phishing before anyone sees it. MFA means a password that does get stolen can’t be used. Dark web monitoring tells you which passwords to change before an attacker tries them.

Add security awareness training and your people become the final layer.

Questions

Frequently asked

Doesn’t Microsoft 365 already filter spam?

It filters a lot of spam and known malware, but targeted phishing, impersonation of colleagues and suppliers, and lookalike domains regularly get through. Our email defence adds a dedicated layer focused on exactly those attacks.

Will multi-factor authentication slow my staff down?

Usually by a second or two. Most sign-ins are a single tap on a phone notification, and trusted devices can be remembered so staff aren’t asked constantly.

What happens if my staff credentials are found on the dark web?

We alert you with details of the affected account and the breach it came from, and help reset passwords and check whether the account has been misused.

Is the dark web scan really free?

Yes. A one-time dark web scan of your company domain is included with our free security assessment, with no obligation.
